Bookings are confirmed by email from ourselves with or without attachment and/or written confirmation sent by post.
Alterations to bookings can be made free of charge up to 7 days before the departure date. Alteration of a booking within 48 hours will incur a charge of 20% which will be applied only to the cost of the part that is altered.
Cancellations of bookings can be made up to 48 hours before departure date and will cost a £10 administration charge. Cancellation of a booking within 48 hours before departure date will be charged at the full price of the booking. An invoice will be provided to substantiate any claim under your travel insurance.
Any errors of collection time/date made when booking and not checked on the confirmation sent to you will be charged at the full price and the amended collection time/date will also be charged at the full price. If the amended arrival time/date is notified to us before 48 hours of original collection time/date then no charge will apply.
Flight delays on arrival of more than 3 Hours will incur a charge of £20
Cancelled flights or missed and health related cancellations return flights will require full payment.
An invoice will be provided to substantiate any claim under your travel insurance.
Should extra passengers or additional drop offs be added on the return journey, not on the original booking, will be charged at cost.
